If there is extra traffic on Tooting Bec Gardens it might just be because Bedford Hill is closed to through traffic for gas works. Hence the diversion of the 315 bus to go along Balham High Road and Tooting Bec Road.

Ipsos looked at crime/safety inside LTNs but not at quality of life for those on LTN sacrificial roads forced to abandon gridlocked buses to work, school, home and stressed as their kids are exposed to more air pollution due to congested idling traffic.
