The building insurance market is broken, the building safety act is a mess and leasehold needs to be reformed.

Leaseholders have been calling the above out for years, all 3 are driving service charges up.

Tactical solutions won’t work. Fix the root causes.

More MUST be done about excessive Service Charges. Increases in Services Charges are often well above the inflation rate and their is a CUMULATIVE effect.
