Good, but this barely scratches the surface. The post-Grenfell fire safety assessment on my building hasn't even happened yet! We're 'in a queue' apparently.

It'd be useful to understand how much the leaseholders of Lock Building have had to pay in increased insurance, internal fire safety works,alarms, waking watches &upcoming Building Safety Regulator costs.

I now have an A1 rating but my service charge is so high that my flat would need to have tripled in value from the price I paid in 2015 in order to meet the 1% threshold imposed by mortgage lenders.
