So today the End Child Poverty Coalition handed in an unhappy birthday card to mark 7 years of the two-child limit and call on Department for Work and Pensions to scrap it. ⤵️

This meme hits hard because my complex trauma started when I was an infant. In trauma recovery, I am building what I call a 'normal' identity. To me, normal is the opposite of the depressed, dissociated, anxious, panicked, chaotic life I lived until I entered trauma therapy.💗
