Dr Haward Soper Also if the leaseholders have a legitimate reason to contact all the other leaseholders in a block eg for RTM purposes, the freeholder/managing agents should be required to circulate an email to all leaseholders and not hide behind GDPR. Divide and conquer by the MA is powerful

Not enough space to explain fully, but a starter: Land Reg. is a public record (albeit for £); ways 2 share info w/o sharing ppl's personal data (anonymisation); Strong 'legitimate interest' argument can be made by LHdr.
