#ASH23 Rezvani: engineering NK cells to express TCRs allows broader and more specific targeting. NY-ESO-1 TCR/IL15 NK cells in trial for myeloma and sarcoma.

We generated an aCD45-IL15 fusion and tested it in vitro. CD45 binding dramatically slowed down native cytokine internalization and this longer surface half-life led to extended and sustained downstream pSTAT signaling. We saw the same behavior for an aCD45-IL12 fusion.

$MDNAF $MDNA IL2 might be more powerful or different than $IBRX IL15 because of the more potent T cell expansion. And may have greater synergy with checkpoints
