Women employees of Non-Govt Aided Colleges in Odisha were denied even 10 days of additional CL, because the policy is “only for State Govt employees.” We are recruited by SSB, a statutory body. Appointment Order given in Nijukti Mela by Honourable CM of Odisha. Have HRMS ID.

We are under NPS. Our Salary paid by the government But when it comes to basic dignity; Different rules? Why? How? Do women in aided colleges not face menstruation? Is their health less important? Do only the female government employees have menstruation?
