Like @UHNMCOO, todays experience of fasting has reminded how privileged we are to have food & safe water so readily available unlike so many people. At tonight Itfar when I have the opportunity to break my fast I will be heavily reflecting on these that can’t break their hunger

Yesterday, one of our cadets, Ashar, was chosen by Blue Peter to have an audience with Their Majesties The King & Queen Consort. Ashar spoke to them about his St John Ambulance England voluntary work that learnt him 1 of his 6 BP badges. His audience with them is on Blue Peter next Friday

Once again, another fantastic example of the young people we have in SJA West Midlands District! Our young people deliver & achieve so much. Its fantastic to see Ashar talking about our work not just on national TV, but to Sovereign Head of The Order of St John, His Majesty King Charles III!
