👏 Let's start #PlasmaDonationWeek with a big cheer for the 8,000 plasma donors helping to treat rare and complex diseases.
Follow us this week as we celebrate our donors and staff.
A new trial is looking at the potential of using skin patches as early warning systems to detect #LungTransplant 🫁 rejection, so treatment can begin sooner.
If the trial is a success the research team believe it could cut rejection by up to 50%.
