From now on, I'll only make decisions on my worst days, which are pretty standard anyway. Because on a good day (still bedbound but with less physical suffering) I overestimate what I can tolerate.

I need health to deal with being this sick. It's a bit like needing money to deal with poverty because poverty is made expensive. Managing sick life requires much energy and a mental and physical capacity that I don't have.
