Push dose epi is the way to go in the bradycardic peri-arrest patient. 🫀 Inotrope + chronotrope 👌🏻 ⏱️ onset 1 min Just mix EPI 1 mg (1 vial 1mg/1ml ) into NaCl 0.9% 100ml, shake it, than pull out a 10ml syringe: you have EPI 10 mg/ml. 👉🏻 Push 10-20 mcg every 2-5 min.
