Right call from Angela Rayner 🌹. Let the police investigate without fear or favour as they should do. If she has done wrong, would be hard to carry on. But if cleared, makes her even stronger. Starmer took this approach with “beer” gate investigation which amounted to nothing.

I know focus groups tell us there is no enthusiasm for Labour but I've seen Vote Labour boards in front gardens in my area for the first time in the 12 years I've lived there. Anecdotal of course but really noticeable.

Labour is more trusted than the Conservatives on EVERY issue prompted.
