Just did a radio interview for my new book and the presenter said afterwards “I was also supposed to ask you about Angela Rayner, but I saw what you said on the telly and I completely agree with you.”

This show has been terrible from its inception: the format, the presenter, etc; but this is its nadir. Her rattled response is hilarious.

Too many BBC outlets follow the Mail’s agenda out of fear or naivety .. sometimes both.. but Laura Kuenssberg and her programme most guilty of doing so..a shame that a Sunday programme that’s the political altar on BBC 1 can be so predictably shallow ( that’s the problem.. not bias)
