Exactly what I thought. I'm born 1955, thought I'd get my SP after an extra 2.5yrs, worst case scenario 3yrs. But it ended up being 6yrs.
The result was I got £50k SP less than my sister who is only 5yrs older than me. Those born 53/4 even worse off.

Its all materially misleading to those without an APF who expected to retire in 2015 but may or may not have received a letter in 2013. Whats not misleading is the utter devastation caused by an additional unexpected 6 SPA year hike and to date not addressed or remedied #50swomen
