Thank you David Rainer! While WASPI potentially spoke on behalf of 50s women, many of us didn't want to 'join' WASPI nor have the means to financially support them. Yes most of us felt that they campaigned on behalf of ALL 50s women not just their members.

The original 2016 c/fund was set up by waspi as a ltd company into which #50swomen donated for a 2 prong legal attack, but these women have NOT + in particular majority of test cases/interested parties rvcd what THEY PAID FOR, instead left 'high and dry' Jane Martin 🕷💙 INorBY2020

Bindmans were asked this and John Halford advised that when they approached Waspi in regard to the other 4 cases + 1 Interested party that Waspi were not prepared to legally support these women due to lack of funds, which is extraordinary given these women had c/funded in 2016
