Fauci may have conducted official business on a private Gmail that he believed was out of reach of FOIA, according to this email from his aide in 2021 (before he left NIAID).

Too many others did little else besides nonstop quoting the same outspoken few whose exaggerated claims and attempts to smear anyone who disagreed even in a factual, polite manner are increasingly bipartisanly refuted at highest levels.

The reasonable, factual positions once derided as conspiracies are increasingly bipartisan and official positions.

Possible perjury charges for longtime Fauci aide David Morens.

This story reports that Morens discussed EcoHealth and the Wuhan Institute of Virology with Fauci despite denying doing so. It also reports he asked experts how to evade FOIA requests.

If the virus had arisen naturally it would have left many telltale traces in the environment - but none have emerged so far. Instead, what did emerge is the DEFUSE proposal, which describes research that may have triggered this pandemic. Daszak (et al) worked to keep it secret.
