Just had a wonderful ride through here. Cars are so much slower and safer with infrastructure like this. Safe Street Rebel treatments are often better than SFMTA’s and they are volunteers?! The city should hire them! ♥️🏆

It is absolutely insane that making JFK Promenade (aka Car-Free JFK) car-free was a contentious political battle. The Supervisors who opposed it should lose their jobs on principle and the de Young Museum, which now has attendance numbers greater than 2019, should apologize.
