There's currently no protected north-south bike lane from central or west Manhattan to the Bronx. This great CPW protected lane stops @ 110th & gives way to a painted lane on ACP Blvd -- full of parked cars & it just stops at 117th St. #CentralHarlemBikeway now! Yusef Abdus Salaam

No it's not. Probably a personal NYPD vehicle (right in front of the precinct). This area of St. Nicholas Ave is full of cars parked in the bike lane. Ppl think it's ok bc there's no enforcement and bc cops do it. 1 of many reasons why we need a protected #CentralHarlemBikeway!
