NYC transit investment is key to the successful implementation of congestion pricing. MTA's fare-free bus program is the first step to ensuring all NYers can take advantage of our public transit system.

Antonio Reynoso, Manhattan Borough President Mark D. Levine, and I urge Gov. Hochul to make this a reality.
