It's welcome news that the drug, Kymriah has been approved for routine use on the NHS in England and Wales! It is an option for those 25 years and under with the B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukaemia, which has relapsed or is refractory. More 👇 bit.ly/3Ucch6P

Without Kymriah, Sophie had a very different outlook and would have otherwise engaged in palliative care. She said the blood cancer drug was an “entirely game-changing, life-altering option." This news gives people like Sophie more clarity about their treatment options!

While this decision was being made, Kymriah was available for these people through the Cancer Drugs Fund. Impressively this April, the 100,000th person will have received medication as a result of the fund! Here's to more breakthroughs for people with blood cancer soon!
