At the #MECFS conference, Christian Puta presented a systematic overview of potential PEM mechanisms: microcirculatory impairment, mitochondrial dysfunction, immune dysregulation, and autoantibodies. Conclusion: #PEM is multifactorial- and increasingly scientifically understandable.
