Most things in my life have become ‘before #COVID19 ’ or ‘after Covid’ when talking to others about things that have happened / my life. #POTS & #ME & #MCAS are being increasingly diagnosed with #LongCovid . Some days absolutely look like this… 🥹

For 3 years now I've been severely ill following a mild covid infection. I now have severe ME, POTS and MCAS. I'm bedridden and lie in a dark room all day unable to do anything. This is the reality of #LongCovid #LongCovid AwarenessDay

Good video. We met with Senator Sanders office this in DC this week to discuss the need to prioritize research and clinician education on conditions like POTS/dysautonomia and ME/CFS, which are occurring in a majority of Long COVID patients and millions of other Americans.
