New study:

Total and direct shortwave (SW) radiation rose by 3.5 and 9.3 W/mยฒ/decade from 1996-2021 over Germany.

In contrast, CO2 forcing only added 0.2 W/mยฒ/decade since 2000 (nature.com/articles/naturโ€ฆ).

SW forcing thus explains recent warming best.

There is more sea ice around Antarctica today than there was in 1980, 1981, 1989, 2006, 2011, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2022 and 2023.

Engineers involved in AEMO should hang their heads in shame.

This 48 hour fuel use chart, is an indictment of the disruptive & inefficient interference by part time solar.

The less disruptive, but equally inefficient wind energy is nothing but a skin on top.

Day 5 & the situation has hardly changed for SA.

Canโ€™t deliver demand again.

Importing from next door again.

Highest prices again.

Now Victoria canโ€™t meet demand. Paying for it too.

Both have inadequate generation capacity.

The grid lives โ€œon the edgeโ€

It was never the man! It was always natural!
The IPCC took as average standard temp between 1850 and 1900, but they do not talk is that the Sun had left the Dalton Minimum, with very low irradiance!
The observed increase in temp is due to solar activity and its consequences.

New study:

7,000 years ago the sea levels were 7 m higher than present in northern Norway (Arctic). They've fallen ~0.8 m per 1,000 years since.

Falling sea levels led to abandoned settlements, harbors during Medieval times (not enough water to sail in).

Science not so settled:

Northern Lights (caused by charged particles from the Sun) causing enough warming to reduce heating bills in Finland, reports new study.

We had been told it was emissions causing the Arctic to warm faster than the rest of the planet.โ€ฆ

CO2 is necessary, mega airborne plant food. This is a good thing for plants, and people and animals that eat them. The world is a far greener place because of increasing CO2.
