Ss learned about Heart Rate today. We used Calm before finding our resting HR. Then Ss completed an Edpuzzle workout that had them monitor their HR throughout the video! Minus some 👎🏼wifi connections this lesson was a great way to engage Ss w/ the LO: Monitor Ss HR during PA.
