We now know that the 23 year-old Minneapolis shooter had multiple guns that were recently purchased  -- including a homemade AR-15 with multiple 30 round (Magpul) magazines and one 60 round (ATI Schmeisser) magazine.  That means the shooter could fire dozens and dozens of rounds
