⚖️🎉 NEW: We just passed our bill to protect New York City workers by banning employers from restricting workplace discrimination or harassment claims.

Employers were using a loophole to get around our human rights laws & shorten the length of time workers had to file in court.

Today, we gathered to commemorate the 10-year memorial anniversary for Detective Dennis Guerra, a hero who fearlessly ran into a burning Coney Island building alongside his partner to save New Yorkers, ultimately making the ultimate sacrifice.
