New ethnicity pay gap data—released a week after #EqualPayDay —shows us the extent of gender & ethnicity gaps for minoritised women.

Bangladeshi women paid 14.7% less on average than white British women.

Pakistani women paid on average 11.8% less.

New paper out about student evaluations and the law.
The paper finds that:
- Most universities operate outside the law in how they use evaluations.
- If you've been denied promotion/employment because of your evaluations, you potentially have a legal case.
