#Clemson LB Jeremiah Trotter Jr. had arguably the best game of his career Saturday against Boston College. Finished with 3 tackles (1.5 TFLโ€™s), 2 PBUโ€™s and active all over the field. The former St. Joeโ€™s Prep standout continues to impress in his 1st season as a starter.

Fantastic job putting the list together. The list really captures how good FB was in Montgomery County,Pa. Great class of 1979. I would also like to shout out my Pitt teammates who were recognized in 1977,78,79!

One of the biggest reasons the transfer portal is filled with names is too many recruits sign with schools because of the helmet and other meaningless factors instead of going for the best opportunity and realistic fit for their ability. Players need better guidance.

Lincoln Riley was born on third base and will NEVER get that last 90 ft because his teams are soft and not physical. What a freaking game.

As most high schools and colleges start getting into their off-season training modes, here are a few tips to keep them safe and healthy as you get back into training.

1) Use a total body approach - this will spread the volume throughout the entire body and will keep you from overdoing individual muscle groups early on

2) Accumulate volume We can never truly know athletes did over break. Itโ€™s better to start small and build up over 2/3 weeks. It can look something like this Wk1- 2x8 wk2-3x8 wk3 4x8 Or 3x5/4x5/5x5 This will allow for a slower build of intensity and volume over time.

4) For conditioning. Look up the averages yardages or distances that the athletes will run during a game. Start at 50-60% of that number for the individual session and build up to 100% over the course of a few weeks.
