Thanks to Nature Methods for highlighting our SLIDE paper. SLIDE can accurately predict a range of phenotypes from cellular to organismal. It also provides inference beyond prediction of 'hidden states' (latent factors) driving these phenotypes (2/2). nature.com/articles/s4159…
