if a person cannot list what they like about me outside of what I do for them and how I make them feel, I consider that a red flag and will not engage any further.

To me, consideration is the highest form of love. It really means a lot when someone’s able to think of how certain things will make you feel & act in accordance to what they know would make you the happiest. Love that!

Been getting the itch to journal lately which is pretty out of the blue. Are there any online platforms for journaling that any of you use/like ?

I got a job today! A job I really wanted but was afraid I couldn’t do it. Thanks for all the leads and messages. ✨🤍

It’s ok to leave a “great situation” behind. It’s ok to question what once mattered. It’s ok to walk away from something. It’s ok to follow to what you want. It’s ok to take a different path. It’s ok to change your mind. It’s ok to press pause. It's ok to quit.

Some things work and some things don't. There is almost always another way to get where you want to go. Don't keep trying to open a locked door.

What a FABULOUS travel day I had aboard Southwest Airlines flights 332 & 4339! From missing my og flight, to fainting, I was taken care of by the BEST and funniest flight attendants ✨

Airports are so inefficient. Why aren’t we boarding back to front? Boarding window seats, then middle, etc? Why are we randomly awarding people for arbitrary reasons?

If we focused on teaching children the skills to create long term relationships, emotional regulation, and repair after conflict— we would live in a different world. A lack of emotional education has society stuck in survival mode.

It only takes five minutes to break the cycle. Five minutes of exercise and you are back on the path. Five minutes of writing and the manuscript is moving forward again. Five minutes of conversation and the relationship is restored. It doesn't take much to feel good again.
