Joining a men’s group was one of the best decisions I made last year.

If you’re looking to join one, Johnny Bowman created a directory of groups. I also highly recommend the Son’s of Now led by Alex Olshonsky.

You won’t regret this investment in yourself and your relationships.

Before I chose a niche to focus on, I was reluctant because I thought it would close off possibilities and opportunities.

I was wrong.

Committing to a niche has revealed infinite potential. The deeper I go, the bigger it becomes, creating more space for exploration and impact.

Listening to hype music while working out can be energizing and motivating, but I sense it also drowns out internal cues and wisdom.

Perhaps exercising in silence allows us to tune more deeply into our bodies, thoughts, and emotions, offering a deeper understanding of ourselves.

I've officially reached the point in life where I print out important articles, papers, and essays that I want to read and savor.

There's no going back.
