THANK YOU to everyone who has so far submitted a paper proposal for HistoryLab+'s July conference at Wilberforce Institute... but SO many of you have been in touch to ask for more time, we've decided to extend the CFP deadline to 23:59 on 31 May. Details?👉t.ly/ENtiv
Fantastic work by Sofya Anisimova to organise the FWW Studies Society (Account Inactive) ECR conference yesterday. Chris Kempshall (Gone to Bluesky) is doing a wonderful job as president, and such fascinating research was shared by the amazing new scholars joining the field. Such a boost to attend an in-person event.
Just a quick reminder that the extended CFP deadline for @historylabplus's 2024 conference at Wilberforce Institute closes TOMORROW at 23:59! So👇...there's still time! Details: t.ly/b3Hyp
Such very sad news: a brilliant scholar, and a wonderful colleague. A dear friend to many in History@Hull

The Society will be holding its first online book launch event on Wed 25th September. Join us to celebrate Dr Ann-Marie Foster's wonderful new book 'Family Mourning After War & Disaster in 20th-Century Britain'. You can register to attend at the following link: eventbrite.co.uk/e/book-launch-…
There has never been a better time to become a member of FWW Studies Society (Account Inactive) and, if you are interested in joining us to enjoy these benefits of membership, then please see the QT below or contact Sofya Anisimova or Chris Kempshall (Gone to Bluesky) for more info!
