We want to see developers sign the remediation contract and urgently fix unsafe buildings, but things are still moving far too slowly. And this is only one issue facing leaseholders. It’s time we abolished the feudal system of leasehold once and for all ❌

Feel like it should be mandatory if a party is going to promise an impressive new build target for the next election that they also promise a reformed and functioning warranty system. Defective blocks will keep happening, residents deserve protection.
