These people are absolutely clueless. The biopsychosocial model of illness continues to harm ME patients on the daily. I'm sure all of us with #VerySevereME would love to get out of bed and walk🙄

3 years ago today I went on my last walk. I'd been ill a couple of months but didn't know why. As I walked the sky and ground started moving, I was so dizzy and weak I had to turn back. I took this picture of a huge crow, seems like some kind of dark omen now #MECFS

I usually say that I'm severe verging on very severe, but this puts me somewhere between extremely severe B and C💀I think I'm in a bit of denial about my severity, good scale though
