Parents who take no interest in their child's development send them to the free babysitting service provided by the state. No reason to punish us for the sake of imaginary children

Another LA has broke data protection again & can't be bothered to do their job correctly. Sent letters & personal information to the wrong address. Yet had the correct address to doorstep! Ask again why we do not want or need any such register for home educated children!
