Once again local authorities misinterpreted the EHE guidelines. Attempting to impose 'support'. When no such support even exists according to the education act 1996 section 7 to elect to home educate the parent is responsible and financially. So stop over stepping

Is it though? Is it the best placed for... those struggling, those that are being bullied, those that feel let down, those that are not bring supported, those that don't feel safe in that environment for medical, mental or emotional reasons or for those that just aren't ready?

Another LA has broke data protection again & can't be bothered to do their job correctly. Sent letters & personal information to the wrong address. Yet had the correct address to doorstep! Ask again why we do not want or need any such register for home educated children!
