‼️NOT TRUE "High Court & Court of Appeal found no fault in the actions of #DWP" ‼️NOT TRUE (DWP) "did not #discriminate on any grounds" NB Both Courts gave permission to appeal on ALL GROUNDS including both direct & indirect #discrimination on grounds of #age & #sex #50sWomen

NB No mention was made of the #SupremeCourt, which made a "paper-thin"(Michael Mansfield KC) "out of time" decision not to even hear the #50sWomen case No definitive determination was therefore made on #discrimination #WednesburyUnreasonableness
