The plight of WASPI women is not to be overlooked. These are individuals who have worked hard, contributed to society, and deserve fair treatment in their retirement years.

Frank Field was a highly principled MP, one of the first to recognise the failings of Department for Work and Pensions towards #WASPI women, whom he said had been “grotesquely disadvantaged” by the failure to notify them of the changes to their State Pension age. Our thoughts are with his family.
