An openEHR CDR is designed to protect the underlying dB from that fragility, its db Schema remaining unchanged regardless of new/updated clinical content thrown at it.
Kev Mayfield Seref Arikan Gary McAllister Tom Smith Whatever way you look at it #openEHR is the future for clinical data. HL7 and FHIR is just shuffling messages here and there and doesn’t solve the long term problems. It has a place and works well with openEHR not instead of. They are doing 2 different things.
