I’ve added a mention of EU standards. It was done as part of my work around COVID19, it was a sensible thing to do.

Should mentioning of EU avoided or will people be more pragmatic about it these days? I think the later.

The wind made many sections like alpine climbs (Dutch Hills).
Road works made the best climb on the Ardennes section really nice (car free).
