Kidney check-up tomorrow, and it's that dreaded fear the night before. I always panic, and I can't see that that will ever change. I am so thankful for life and just want everything to be good

Kev is doing great! Nothing to worry about. Although, I had a chest infection for 7-8weeks (over 20 days of antibiotics). I had a chest scan & they told me I had shadowing in my right lung. It turns out it was pneumonia & my doctor didn't tell me even when I questioned it.

I have finally managed to get some life cover and critical illness if I wish to do so. Although it's not a huge amount of cover, it's something that I've struggled to get before. Being excluded from things like this because of illnesses I have not asked for is not fair!

Just my story being shared for the 1st day of Kidney month! There are so many others writing their stories and it's sad that so many more lives could be saved if everyone registered their choices for organ donation and had the chat with their family. Life is precious 💜💜

I still can not get over how good The Lion King - Musical was at this weekend. It was INCREDIBLE 🦁 If you haven't seen it, get those theatre tickets booked. You will not be disappointed.
