This morning was so special! I had the honour to inaugurate along with Pragya Kapoor 🌿 these benches made from 36000kgs of illegally dumped construction debris at carter beach collected by cartercleanup over 75 weeks of clean up 🌏 #CleanSeas #SDGs #ForPeopleForPlanet

Super excited to share that we recently organized a successful Beach and Mangrove clean-up drive in association with cartercleanup Together, we collected an impressive 442 kgs of marine debris during the drive and sent for recycling!

Week 94: A plastic Tsunami on the beach today after yesterday’s high tides coinciding with a full moon. While we clean every weekend, we need equal participation from माझी Mumbai, आपली BMC .With no beach cleaning contract in sight for last 4 weeks, keeping the beach clean has become tough task

No beach cleaning contract for past 4 weeks and this is how Carter Beach looks every day. Humble appeal to Ward HW BMC माझी Mumbai, आपली BMC to sort out this matter at earliest. We are sprucing up the entire city for G20 summit then why such apathy to our beach.

Carter Road beach continues to remain a littered mess with no one to clean it through the week. Our marine species continue to suffer under the onslaught of plastic and yet on the other side, lakhs is being spent to light up trees for the G20 summit. Why this apathy? Ward HW BMC

An absolute pleasure collaborating with HQ Maharashtra Naval Area on International Yoga Day. Look forward to many such collaborations in the future. #INSTRATA Tanvi Mehra TangerineArtsStudio
