Catching that Celtic vibe! That was certainly the goal of the inaugural Oregon Celtic Festival at the fairgrounds in Canby. Music and culture were the main thrusts of an event that organizers say will be back in 2025. Check it out. canbyherald.com/lifestyle/oreg…
