Terrible behaviour. Should be shut down immediately if anyone witness this toxic culture. We work together as one team- no “us and them”, that’s ridiculous. That poor (F1?) Dr may be put off from trying to continue their profession and we wonder why staff are leaving. 😞

Thought provoking documentary. Shows how much Deaf people had to “adapt” to the hearing world. Comes to show how much resilience we have and reflection on what could’ve been if accessibility was a given from day one with choices made with experts within the Deaf community.
