Huge day for paras360 athletics yesterday as Sarah Lancaster ran 15:34 for 5k at the SoundRunning track meet. This is an official club record! Bryan Deibel and I won’t take *full* credit for this but we have spent tons of time getting dropped by Sarah the last 6 months. #teamwork
