Thank you US Department of the Interior and Secretary David Bernhardt for issuing the final rule streamlining royalty relief. This rule is desperately needed by the U.S. Soda Ash industry to reduce the federal royalty rate to 2% for 10 years to allow for the industry to be more competitive globally.
