29 years ago today, our nation was shocked by one of the deadliest terror attacks on American soil. Today, I stood with survivors, family members, and the greater community at the Oklahoma City Bombing Memorial to honor those we lost and to look ahead toward a stronger future.

Those “eyes” aren’t eyes at all. They’re spots on the spicebush swallowtail caterpillar that help deter insects, birds and other predators. They can be spotted primarily in wooded areas, wetlands and gardens east of the Mississippi River.
