We are devastated to learn of the death of Margaret McDonagh, The Labour Party’s first woman General Secretary. An absolute powerhouse. Sending warmest love to Siobhain McDonagh MP & all who mourn her loss. She leaves a huge legacy, including women being heard in rooms they never were before🌹
Labour's clean energy plan would build energy security, create green jobs and lower bills... and Tom Collins knows how to deliver it.
'I'm confident that we will win Worcester for Labour,' says Wes Streeting MP.
Let's make it happen!
It was our pleasure to welcome Jess Phillips MP to Worcester today, to chat to members and join us on the doorstep.
As Jess says, can you think of *anything* that's better after 13 years of the Tories?
It doesn't have to be this way.
Send a message on 4th May, and vote Labour.
When Labour women get together we achieve great things. Fabulous to welcome Labour sisters who haven’t campaigned before to our first Worcester Women’s Branch campaign day. Worcester Labour Party LabourWomensNetwork The Labour Party
We're proud of Lynn Denham 🌹❌ and Tracey Biggs for this.
The set aside money from 2 years ago came from a child poverty task & finish group Lynn set up and Tracey chaired.
A huge battle with the Tories at the time has ended with this help being given.

Last Saturday, Worcester Labour Women's Branch launched.
We were joined by Valerie Vaz, who inspired us all to support each other as we help to deliver the change the city needs.
We're open to members and non-members alike. For info or to join, contact [email protected].
Waiting lists doubled between 2010 and 2019 (even before Covid) - and now the NHS is beyond crisis.
Yet still our Conservative government chooses to make laws against nurses rather than talk with them.
Only Labour can be trusted to manage and heal our NHS.

Excess deaths were elevated by 20% in December, and this thread paints a terrifying picture.
UK Prime Minister must acknowledge the crisis in our NHS, put emergency measures in place for social care, & ensure the chain of backlog is lifted right back to emergency medicine.
