How could GOP not see major blunder of listening to Trump and not taking the border deal?

The Ukraine aid has now passed without it, and they'll never get a deal like that again.

Once again, Trump sunk them.

6 months of delay. Thousands of lives lost. Hundreds of thousands more suffering. Hard-fought gains, wiped away. And what was accomplished? Absolutely nothing, except temporarily appeasing Trump and MTG.

There is no Constitutional provision against persistently farting in a courtroom, so any mockery of Trump is unrooted in history and tradition—and may be grounds to drop the charges entirely.
