1) The site should be seen with a holistic lens that allows for other uses, including residential.
2) Once a robust and creative brief has been developed, it should go to an international design competition.

Do these STUDIO tla folks know they're in the wrong location?? I think Ontario Place for Everyone wants to build a bad beach by a sewage pipe so people have to pay to swim indoors instead of enjoying the lake.
